Many years ago, at the age of 11 I got my C64. First with a tape drive, and I was lucky enough my parents bought me a 1541 Disk Drive later. During the early years I spent most my time playing games. I also wrote some basic programs, starting with typing over many examples from magazines and books (mostly Data Becker).

When I got my Final Cartridge (The blue one) I started using the monitor to search through memory and cheat in games. Later I used this to rip routines from demos and intros to make 'Frankenstein' demos combining different routines supplemented by my own code.
